Dr Puneet Gupta is a dentist by profession and has a keen interest in writing. He has been writing articles on medical subjects as well as subjects of general interest. 

Apart from his job as a member of teaching faculty in a dental college he also works as a research consultant for various institutes. His area of specialization is public health and he has done a lot of work in the area of health education (oral health and tobacco control) through lectures and his articles.

He believes in disseminating scientific knowledge about health and health problems with high degree of evidence.
