Isotretinoin
Isotretinoin belongs to a group of medicines known as retinoids. It is used to treat severe acne.
Do not take isotretinoin if you:
- Are pregnant or planning to be pregnant
- Have liver disease, high cholesterol levels
- Are breast-feeding
- Are taking tetracyclines
- Are allergic to Isotretinoin
- Have very high levels of vitamin A
- Are allergic to soya
Malignant Melanoma

Adapalene
Adapalene is an anti-acne medication belonging to the group of chemicals called as "Retinoids" and is related to Vitamin A. Adapalene is used for treatment of mild to moderate Acne, Psoriasis and few other skin conditions. It works by increasing the turnover rate of epithelial cells in the skin. Which basically means that it increase the rate of new skin cells replacing the older dead skin cells.
